Maria is the owner of the bed & breakfast and the vegetarian restaurant.
Her partner André, a cook fanatic that has traveled the world over, and where he has gained most of his ideas, assists her.
When possible, seasonal produce is served.
If you have a special request, or follow a particular diet, it is possible to give it to you, provided you request it on time.
